The Student Accounting Services (SAS) office is responsible for billing and collecting tuition and fees. Undergraduate tuition is calculated by semester. Graduate tuition is calculated by course credit. Tuition payment plans are available for each. Unless other arrangements have been made tuition is due in full by 01 July for the Fall semester and 15 December for the Spring semester.

PAYMENTS AND PROCEDURES
Payment online by credit card is the preferred payment option as payment is received within 24 hours. The page on payment procedures will give additional information about how you can pay as well as due dates, Financially Responsible Persons (FRP), and how to access your billing statement online.
TUITION REFUNDS

US TAX INFORMATION
The 1098-T form for those who file taxes in the United States is uploaded in January for the prior year. Information about the 1098-T form can be found on US Tax Information.
SERVICES
The Student Accounting Services office provides students with financial services and aid during their time at AUP such as emergency cash and emergency loans.
